Not normal : Severe menstrual pain is called dysmenorrhea and it can be treated. See your doctor and ask to be evaluated for endometriosis. Birth control, Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud, lysteda, depoprovera may be effective options. Ibuprofen monthly may help too. Schedule a visit.

It is really: important that you seek gynecological evaluation to determine the cause of your dysmenorrhea. This severity of pain is not normal & obviously is really impacting the quality of your life. Take care
