Most important...: At this point the most important thing is not to get dehydrated which could be very dangerous if severe and it can make the rest of your symptoms worse. Try to drink fluids( electrolyte beverage like Gatorade of possible) by small sips. If despite doing this you still cannot hold anything down or if you feel very sick and weak it is time to go to the ED for evaluation and treatment.
