How can i stop stressing? i just finished mid terms in college and fixing up a science center! my periods late because of it and the cramps kill!

Stressing: You might consider stopping the green coffee bean extract because it has caffeine in it -- and that can make you feel jittery and "stressed." if you're using other substances (like amphetamines, cocaine, or other forms of speed) in addition to the coffee bean extract, stop them also. Consider meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, talking with friends, etc. For cramps, motrin, heat, chamomile tea.
