Crossed feet: Your description sounds normal and the fact that the baby had crossed feet does not indicate any suspected defect. If you are concerned, you should discuss this with your doctor and consider a repeat ultrasound.

Not likely: Almost all babies have their feet crossed in utero; it's just how we are packaged. Unless they thought they saw clubfoot, i wouldn't worry. Even if there was clubfoot, it is a very easy to treat condition.
