Equinovalgus: It sounds like you need to visit a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon. Bony abnormalities in the infant include clubfeet which are an equinovarus deformity that describes the "facing in" you are referring to. There can also be a deformity where the feet are facing out that is referred to as an equinovalgus deformity, where the bottom of the foot faces out. Your pediatric ortho specialist will help you.
