No: Flomax (tamsulosin) helps if you have issues with urination. It should not help for ed and is not indicated for such.

Not, but ...: Clinically, Flomax (tamsulosin) has not caused ED, but some ejaculatory dysfunctions such as low ejaculate & retrograde ejaculation in 8-18 % of patients, which is dose related, due to its effective relaxation of bladder neck, which yet helps men improve urine flow. Fortunately, most of men using it don't need to make more baby so they can accept and cope with this side effect to trade with better urine flow.
