Yeast?: Yeast is the most common cause of itching. Yeast creams are available over the counter. If that does not work then you will need to schedule a visit for testing. Skin disorders such as herpes, lichen sclerosis, lichen simplex chronicus and contact dermatitis are other possibilities

Vaginal itching: With "STD's impossible", the usual cause for vaginal itching is a "yeast" variant. Urine is slightly acid and might provide mild relief via dilution of the yeast discharge. The odor is usually mild. See your healthcare provider for cultures and treatment.
