Poop color...: ..Changes with diet, with viruses, and with many other factors. The color of the poop doesn't concern me unless it's black or red. What concerns me more is she is "stuffed up and coughing really bad." that could just mean she had a cold, or at 6 months it could be something more. I encourage you to err on the side of caution and see he pediatrician.
