Gonorrhea also presently commonly with purulent (thick mucoid) discharge and urethritis (some of the symptoms you mentioned. Chlamydia also presents similarly but with less purulent discharge. You should get a ua, and be screened for gonorrhea and chlamydia, if high risk sexual practices even consider HIV testing.
