May be a connection!: If you have had a baby and had a deep vaginal tear - particularly into the rectum; if you had an episiotomy; or even if you have had srs (sexual reassignment surgery), it is possible that a tiny connection has formed between the rectum and vagina. Gas or diarrhea may pass through. More commonly, if you are having intercourse, air can get pushed up into the vagina and expells back out. Talk to gyn!
