See an OBGYN: This might be what is called a recto-vaginal fistula. It means an opening exists between your anal and vaginal canals. This will cause stool and gas to seep out of your vagina and likewise blood and vaginal discharge to seep from your anus. It may just heal, but you really need to see an obgyn so they can do a thorough rectal and vaginal exam to determine what the problem is. Be well.
