I have sudden gas coming out of my urethra, vagina and anus , i do not have any control over it , what can i do to prevent this. what are the causes?

Rectal fistula: Your condition is caused most likely from a connection from the rectum to the vagina or bladder from injuries in childbirth or abdominal surgery. Ask your healthcare provider to refer you to a colorectal surgeon. There is no way to "control" this without a surgical remedy.
