How does smoking affect sexual health?

Decreases blood flow: Smoking is a known cause of erectile dysfunction (ed) in men, and in women it can make it harder to get aroused and have an orgasm. Smoking does this by restricting blood flow to the genitals. Unrestricted blood flow is necessary to cause an erection in men and engorgement of the clitoris and labia in women. Without engorgement there won't be much arousal.
