They are triggers: Arrhythmias are caused by electrical circuit abnormalities in your heart. These may be dormant most of the time but triggered by things that "rev you up" such as those things you listed. Some arrhythmias are dangerous, not just "annoying" - you should check this out with a doctor. You also may have coronary artery blockages, which can also kead to arrhythmias. Again, see a doctor.
