How can i get these pimples off my penus? i've had it for like 4 months now i went to see my doctor and he gave me something called neosprin and if it doesn't go away come back in 1 week they didn't go away but i never went back.. i need help

This : This is very difficult to answer without a clinical examination so i would follow up with a dermatologist. Perhaps this is folliculitis, lichen planus, psoriasis, warts, another std, or eczema, or other possibilities? Read more about these conditions and see a picture at the link below. You : You need to go back to your physician or another specialist who is able to perform a biopsy on your penis to determine exactly what the "pimples" are. Sometimes, the peace of mind of having a diagnosis is very comforting, and can rule out harmfull conditions. There are pearly penile papules which many people find physically concerning, but are totally harmless, however, usually these type of papules have been present for longer than 4 months. Neosporin has neomycin & Bacitracin in it, both of which have been allergens of the year and could contribute to a worsening of the problem.
