Itching : Itching "inside" your penis, which would be your urethra, is typically a sign of an infection. Although you were both virgins before you had sex, it is still a good idea to get an std check since std's can be transmittted when penetration does not occur. You should also be tested for a urinary tract infection as well. Lastly, consider changing the brand of condoms you use and monitor for improvement; in addition discontinue the use of any lotions, creams, or jelly on your penis prior to intercourse and see if this makes a difference.
