A 26-year-old female asked:

Can i get pregnant if i have the birth control implant jadelle for 10 months and i also use condoms every time i have sex? in one of my sexual encounters the condom slipped off my partner's penis but there was no ejaculation. we changed it

Very unlikely: The implant works by preventing release of eggs; no egg=no pregnancy. Condoms are a good backup for many reasons & no sperm= no pregnancy. Though any form of BC can fail occasionally, your system is as good as it gets without a hysterectomy.
