First consult a: urologist, just to eliminate possible medical issues. That probably won't turn up much, so consider a sex therapist. Does this happen with only one partner, with "no" partner? This condition sometimes occurs in males who engage in lots or masturbation and/or porn use. Do you use any product that claims to extend time in intercourse?
