You : You could be dealing with a mild case of a stomach flu (gastroenteritis). Symptoms usually resolve in about a week or so. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and eating a bland diet avoiding greasy, spicy, and acidic foods. If your symptoms do not resolve soon schedule a visit with your primary care provider.
