Perhaps : Perhaps consider using a zinc oxide ointment twice daily. It could be numerous things including psoriasis, eczema, skin allergy, fungus, or yeast. If not better after one week, i would call a dermatologist for diagnosis and possible prescription. Feel free to read more about these conditions at the link below. I hope that helps.
