About two days ago i had protected sex and bled immediately after. what does that mean? i was informed 2 weeks ago that i had chlamydia. i took 4 pills of zithromax in dose, as told by my doctor, and waited ten days after i took the dosage to have sex.

The : The bleeding could have been due to irritated vaginal mucosa (tissue). This is usually the case when an infection is present. You need to go back to your doctor for testing to make sure the infection is completely gone. Other causes may be: a result of rough sex, beginning of period, vaginal lesions. Regardless, a follow up visit with your doctor is in order. Best of luck.

Chlamydia: Chlamydia can cause cervical tissues to become inflamed and irritated. Thus, having sexual intercourse could cause bleeding.
