Not related: Bleeding is not likely related to chlamydia. Chlamydia is a bacterial infection which rarely causes abnormal uterine bleeding. That's great that you finished your azithromycin. I recommend you make an appointment with your doctor to discuss the bleeding, as that's a long time to be suffering. It may be that you have a hormonal imbalance, thyroid problem or weight (thin/heavy) issues. Goodluck.
