Hello! we've been trying to get pregnant for the past 2 months. so we tried this month again but i started to get cramps and my period started. the first day was bad like really heavy bleeding but the second day the blood was dark brown and a little spot

Heavy periods: There are many treatment options for heavy painful periods. Birth control is great at decreasing cramping and making them lighter. If you are trying to get pregnant you may want to just take Ibuprofen for cramping and cope with the periods right now.
