Absolutely: Most causes of ED are preventable. Smoking, obesity, alcoholism, high blood pressure and diabetes are the most common causes of ED and can be improved with better lifestyle choices.

Mostly drug induced: Some medications, alcohol, and some illicit drugs are pretty much "preventable" causes of ed.

Yes!!!: How's your relationship w/your partner? Are you happy? If you two are fighting all the time, that's a preventable cause of ed. You can't fix other stressors w/snap of fingers but job, money, family, friends, etc can all distract from your ability to relax & enjoy the moment. Then consider your lifestyle eg smoking, drinking to excess, (lack of) exercise, etc. Talk to familydoc to review health/med.
