Yes, definitely: Fibromyalgia in men is very uncommon, but it does exist. Lack of interest in sex or erectile dysfunction just a few common symptoms of FM. Also the medication could play a role in ED (e.g. celexa, (citalopram) cymbalta). Rec.: you should discussed this issue with your treating physician. Good luck.
