My son is 10 yrs old an uncircumcised. the end of his foreskin is red an slightly swollen we made him wash real good and he says it is a little better. what type of product and/or remedt do you recommend?

May : May indicate an infection or represent minor irritation. It should be examined by a physician.

Rule out phimosis: Your son may have a tight foreskin which can get swollen & inflamed when the tries to retract it. Also have some accumulated smegma (collection of dead skin cells like "dandruff" of penis) under foreskin which can cause irritation, swelling & even inflammation. Tight foreskin can be treated with steroid cream, requiring prescription, or circumcision. In mean time, antibiotic ointment may help.
