Im uncircumcised, my foreskin when i pull it back is red, itchy & swollen. it acts up for 4 days, goes away for about a week, and repeats. the head gets red spots, my hygiene isnt the problem, i shower daily and am thorough. wish i could write more?

If your foreskin is on the tight side it can be more prone to becoming irritated or inflamed. A urologist can evaluate and advise you best.

It sounds like recurrent Balano-posthitis (inflammation of the glans and foreskin)Try some otc antibiotic ointment and if it still recurs the best move is a circumcision
