Why does my poop have blood in it almost everytime i go and im constipated a lot and its always in pebbles.?

Chronic and severe: Constipation is the cause of blood in your stools. You need to be very aggressive with cleansing your bowels and going at least three times a day. Drink plenty of fluids, increase your fruits and veges, high fiber diet, prunes , prune juices , Dulcolax and the like and go see your doctor before you become impacted and obstructed.You also want to be sure you are free of colon cancer.
