Poor Diet?: It would help to have more information, like your diet, BMI, family history - hypertension, exercise frequency/activity level, etc. A typical teenage diet is usually lacking in fiber, other nutrients and water intake that facilitate normal bowel movements. Most teens also do not exercise enough which also contributes to constipation. This also leads to upper GI symptoms and elevated BP.
