How many days after taking biaxin (clarithromycin) and arythromycin will it take for it to be out of my system and safe to rely on my birth control before having sex.?

24-48 hrs: The meds will be out of your system in 24 hrs. These abx cause diarrhea. The repair of intestinal lining sometimes takes 7-14 days. That is the factor that interferes with contraception pill absorption and hence it's efficacy.
