Clarithryomycin: According to nih article the risk factors for prolonged QT with clarithromycin are the following: femal sex, elderly, heart disease, suspected congenital prolonged QT syndrome. For a younger person without a congenital QT problem the risk of of prolonged QT problem is less than one per 100,000 according to recent study. Given you are 28 and I assume otherwise healthy should not be a problem.
