Testicular pain: If the urine culture is negatve and on physical exam it doesn't look like protatitis you may have pudendal neuralgia. The pudendal nerve inervates the scrotum, penis, perineum, and pelvi floor muscles. Some of the symptoms include burning, stinging, irritating pain around the genitals. Painful erection and penetration, a sensation pain of a fullness in the rectum like you were sitting on something.
