Activity based : If she can stand, walk, balance one one foot at a time & hop on one foot at a time all without falling down in pain; you can probably use cold compresses over the hurting area & monitor for a day or two.If not an early eval at urgent care is indicated. Most skeletal pain & stiffness will increase some up to 48h before improving, but that is the general aches.Ibuprophen should help too.
