Is it true that plantar warts come from hpv?

Plantar warts: There are different types of viruses responsible for plantar warts. If your condition is recurrent, then you must look at the reasons why your immune system may not be efficiently discharging the virus. A functional medicine evaluation will determine this.

Yes: The human papillomavirus family has many strains, a few causing plantar warts. Other sites of the body may have hpv warts also. These are not the same strains that cause genital warts or cervical cancer.
