If a man has gynecomastia and gets surgery for it, does this effect on his sex life ? is there any medicine available to reduce gynecomastia?

Should be good: You'll feel better about yourself. The surgery is usually trivial. A few people have tried tamoxifen for gynecomastia; surgery is a much better option.
