Bad irritation on outer part of penis and then came burning sensation when i pee and ejaculate. the burning came 2 days later. what can it be?

Possible STD: Even though the external irritation doesn't quite fit, this still could be a sexually transmitted disease causing urethritis, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. You should get checked right away.
