Sexually active?: Your symptoms sound very similar to URETHRITIS symptoms.... Which is most commonly an STD.. a sexually transmitted disease. Please see an MD ASAP for full evaluation and examination and treatment. Also, please always use protection if your are sexually active.

Urethritis: Sounds like you have in infection. This could be a simple urinary tract infection but more likely to be urethritis. This could be a sexually transmitted disease. I strongly recommend you be seen for medical evaluation.

Can it be normal for your penis tip to have slight irritation after ejacuation? Had a urine urinalysis it all said negative but some times after I pee , it has a weird feeling at the inside of the tip like a itch feel that doesn't last long?
