Vaginal yeast infect: Yes you might be describing a vaginal yeast infection. There are many over the counter yeast medications available w/o prescription at most drug stores. Follow directions. Go see your doctor if not resolved in a few days. Or go see him/her now for definitive diagnosis & treatment.

Yes: It does sound like yeast. There are otc yeast medications. If that doesn't work call your doctor for a prescription anti-fungal.
