How do i get rid of sebaceous cysts on scrotum?

Excision: Surgical removal.

Surgery: If you have lots of tiny white dots that look like small pimples, these are Fordyce spots, and are essentially normal. If one or more larg(er) cysts actually grow to the size of a pea, surgical excision may be in order. See a urologist or plastic surgeon who works in this area.
