Surgery: If you have lots of tiny white dots that look like small pimples, these are Fordyce spots, and are essentially normal. If one or more larg(er) cysts actually grow to the size of a pea, surgical excision may be in order. See a urologist or plastic surgeon who works in this area.

Surgery: Some guys get dozens of cysts down there. It's probably genetic. Get them removed surgically. Don't mess with them on your own or you'll have a rupture and a difficult-to-clean-up situation.

Surgery: The only way to get rid of sebaceous cysts (anywhere) is surgical removal. You can have them opened and drained, but unless you remove the wall of the cyst, they will refill with sebum.

Surgery: You can get a sebaceous cyst anywhere there is hair (and not just the hair you can see). They are typically the result of a plug in the gland associated with the hair follicle. Treatment is removal.
