Genital herpes: Cloudy urine isn't usually a symptom of genital herpes. The urine could be cloudy for other reasons - hydration, bladder infection, foods and medicines you take. The first outbreak of herpes, though, usually is the worst, and if you were treated with antivirals it should decrease number and severity of outbreaks.

See your DR.: Herpes does not cause cloudy urine. There is very effective treatment for herpes: Acyclovir or valacyclovir pills. Find the cause of your cloudy urine. Sometimes it is something important to treat.
