No. : Unfortunately, there is no such test for testicular cancer, which underscores the importance of testicular self-examinations. Any lumps or unexpected enlargement should be evaluated by a physician. A scrotal ultrasound can help in determining if the mass is suspicious for testicular cancer. If there is suspicion, then the testicle is generally removed and the diagnosis made on pathologic analysis.
