Medications: There are multiple medications one can use to help achieve an erection. There is also a vacuum erection device that does not require medications but is effective. Depending on your overall health, some medications may not be used.

Work with urologist.: There are many causes of erectile dysfunction (ed) and is very common, but fortunately there are more and more options for treatment. Get an evaluation from a urologist, or a physician who specializes in ed. Testosterone replacement, ed medications or pde-5 inhibitors (viagra, cialis, levitra), injection therapy, muse, (alprostadil) and even surgery are effective means to achieve an erection adequate for sex.
