To think about: I'm going to assume that your favorite images / thoughts / videos / partner(s) don't get you as excited as they did when you were a teen. In addition to a good sexual history and exam, including from a specialist, you will probably want to be checked for hemochromatosis and for a prolactinoma. These are both fairly common explanations and tend to get missed.
