Yes: Some strains of hpv cause warts. These are different from the cancer causing strains. Hpv vaccine covers the common strains that cause genital warts.

Yes, but...: Hpv is the very virus causing genital warts. Thus far, there have been more than 100 forms of hpv found and some 40 of them are related with genital warts.
