Lump in the Scrotum: Hi this common finding would be evaluated based upon other symptoms. Given your age, the lump is very unlikely to represent cancer. The most common issue is a scarring of the tubing in the scrotum often called a hydrocele or varicocele. Do you have pain? Swelling? Is the scrotum hot to touch? Do you feel feverish? Do you have any urinary symptoms. If yes to these questions you should be seen.
