Hello docs! can you tell me what could having lumps in testicles mean?

If in doubt: Get it seen. The anatomy is fairly complicated, each testis having an epididymis and some other associated structures. Especially if something's new or seems to be a discrete lump attached to a testis, it's worth having seen.
