Is excessive sexual intercourse equally bad as excessive masturbation?

Both equally not bad: If you are having sexual intercourse or masturbating so frequently that it interferes with your ability to function in society i would say you have a problem and need some help. Anything less than that may be considered normal. It may be considered unusual or outside the norm, but not bad in the medical sense. No one has gone blind or crazy to my knowledge.

I hope you'll listen to Dr. Fisher. This is very good advice. Don't let people try to deceive or manipulate you with misinformation. Embrace who you are, love wisely and well.
