I haven't been able to orgasm during sexual intercourse or masturbation. is there anything i could do?

Many possibilities: Without an extensive history and physical exam there is no specific recommendation possible. This could be physiological or anatomical or psychological. Would suggest beginning with a gynecologist, and progressing, if necessary, to a clinical psychologist or sex therapist. There is probably a good solution to this and worth the investment in time and finances.
