Need Evaluation: The tip may burn if there is an infection in the urethra, the urine is concentrated, there is an abrasion of cut at the tip (sometimes occurs when the exposed tip of the penis rubs against something rough, something is placed inside of the urethra, or during rough or prolonged masturbation or sex), the excretion of certain chemicals in the urine, etc.
