Contraceptive antibiotic: there is a slight chance of getting pregnant while on antibiotics and oral contraceptives. Your symptoms should not be ovulation if taking your contraception properly

I agree with Dr Kwok. The cramps may be the onset of a late period but if no period within a week, definitely repeat the pregnancy test & if still negative call Dr (or sooner if pain becomes more severe)
